I live and work in the Northern Rivers. That matters for training because the best days are hands-on and in person, and being local means an on-site day is easy to arrange, easy on the budget, and easy to follow up on. I come to your workplace, sit with your team, and we work through their real tasks together.
I work with businesses across Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore, Lennox Head and the surrounding towns. If you are in the region and your team has Claude but uses a sliver of it, this is for you.
Built on your workflows, not a stock deck.
Before I arrive, I map how your team actually works and where the time goes. The day is then built around those jobs, so nobody sits through theory about a hypothetical business. They spend the day putting Claude, Claude Code and Claude Cowork to work on their own emails, reports, research and admin.
By the end they are using it on real tasks, with a handful of workflows they can already repeat. The point is not to show off the tool, it is to leave your team genuinely using it.
Behaviour first, from someone who ran a local business.
For seven years I ran Lennox Label, a Northern Rivers retail brand, so I know what it is to feel every leak in a small business yourself. My background is in behavioural science, which is why the training holds after I leave: getting people to change how they work is a behaviour problem before it is a technology one.

Most of my in-person work is here in the Northern Rivers, but I regularly head up to the Gold Coast and into South-East Queensland too. If your team sits just over the border, the day works exactly the same.

Across the whole region: Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore, Lennox Head and the towns around them. I am based here, so an in-person day is a short drive rather than a flight and a hotel, which keeps it easy to book and easy on the budget.
Do you come to our business?
Yes. For a hands-on day, on-site is the default. I come to your workplace, sit with your team at their desks and we work through their real tasks. Being local means that is genuinely practical, not a big production.
What does the training cover?
Claude, Claude Code and Claude Cowork applied to your team's actual work: the writing, research, admin and repeatable jobs that fill their week. It is built on your workflows, not a generic deck, so what they learn maps straight onto Monday morning.
Is this only for tech businesses?
Not at all. Most of the businesses I work with are ordinary Northern Rivers operations, trades, retail, professional services, community organisations, who have Claude and use a fraction of it. If your team spends its days writing, researching and doing admin, the training fits.
